What this is, plainly
One AI layer that runs your Maven school by conversation.
You say what you want in plain English, it does it inside Maven, and it asks before anything it cannot undo. It works with whatever AI you or your instructors already use, built on the open MCP standard, not a single vendor. I built this from the operator's seat, having helped run real schools on Maven by hand first, their courses, cohorts, and Lightning Lessons, which is why it respects every limit and never breaks a live link. It already works.

Why this is your fight, not just mine
This was never really an instructor tool.
A tool that saves an instructor an afternoon is a nice tool. That is not why I am writing to you. Maven earns when instructors launch, launch more often, and stay. Every one of those is a setup problem today, and setup is exactly what this removes. Take the busywork away, and an instructor ships their next cohort instead of postponing it. That is your growth, wearing an instructor tool's clothes.

The person behind it
I did not study Maven. I ran it.
I am not an outside vendor guessing at how your platform works. I have spent months helping run schools on Maven, doing the operations behind the scenes: building courses, timing lessons around Zoom, moving cohorts, watching where the hours actually go. The wiring was never the hard part. Knowing what operating a school on Maven actually takes, screen by screen, is, and that is the part that cannot be cloned from a spec. This was built from that seat, which is why it respects every limit and never breaks a live link. For the deeper build, I work with Ghost Protocol, a software and security firm that ships operational systems for real businesses.
If we do this officially
Today this runs on the access I already have. With a real, sanctioned connection from Maven, a proper API, every instructor could connect their own account safely, the last manual steps disappear, and this becomes something they discover inside Maven itself. And if Maven does not have a public API yet, I will happily help build that too. It is what we do.
